Terms of Use
These terms govern use of First in Frame, its private photo hunts, paid digital features and public website.
1. Dates

2. Age and the service
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. By continuing, you confirm this, agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Optional analytics consent is separate. First in Frame is a private-group photo game using ordinary objects, guest profiles and invitation rooms. Keep invitations and session credentials private. Losing local credentials may prevent guest-profile recovery; purchase restoration is separate.
3. Play safely
Follow venue rules and obtain permission to photograph people or use their belongings. Do not trespass, run, climb, drive while playing or handle dangerous objects. Skip unsafe or unsuitable prompts; a countdown never requires taking a risk. Keep private documents and sensitive screens out of photos. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services; email support is not an emergency service.
4. Acceptable use
Follow the Community Rules. Do not upload sexual, exploitative, violent, hateful or unlawful content; harass, impersonate or expose private information; cheat, manipulate votes or purchases; evade blocks; or bypass safety controls. Do not access others’ data, overload the service or distribute harmful code. Rights allowed by mandatory law remain protected.
5. Your content
You retain your rights in submissions and must have permission to share them. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to process and display them only to operate the game, check safety and matches, handle reports and meet legal obligations, including through providers. This does not authorize advertising use or model training. Permission ends with deletion, subject to lawful retention. Email us about alleged infringement.
6. Photos, judging and results
Room participants see eligible photos and results and may save screenshots. Do not submit anything you cannot safely share. Deletion cannot recall external copies. AI checks and voting can be wrong; use available matching appeals or report unsafe content. We may remove content despite a favorable match result. Scores and wins have no cash value or prize entitlement.
7. Paid features
Joining an invited game is free. Creating rooms requires hosting access. Host Unlock provides core hosting; Host + Packs adds the prompt packs described in the offer at the time of purchase. Separate packs do not grant hosting unless stated. Current purchases are one-time, not subscriptions. The store shows price, taxes and included content before payment. Purchases license the described features, not every future pack or indefinite online operation.
8. Restoration and refunds
The app store handles billing. Restore using the original store account and platform; purchases are not automatically portable between them. A valid restore may link ownership to a new guest ID. Deleting app data does not refund a purchase. Refunds and withdrawal rights follow store procedures and mandatory consumer law. Transferring a current room’s host does not transfer ownership or access to create new rooms.
9. Moderation and app materials
You can report, block, leave a room or email us about restrictions. We may remove content or proportionately restrict access for abuse, safety, fraud or legal obligations, giving reasons and review rights where required. We do not promise continuous monitoring. App software, artwork, brand and prompts belong to us or their licensors; you receive a limited personal-use license, subject to mandatory law and third-party licenses.
10. Availability and legal rights
Outages, maintenance and provider limits may interrupt play. We may change or discontinue features with notice and remedies where required. To the extent law permits, the service is provided as available without guaranteed uninterrupted play or perfect judging. Nothing excludes liability or consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot legally be excluded. Brazilian law applies subject to mandatory protections and available courts in your country. Contact us for informal resolution without losing legal deadlines or complaint rights.
11. Changes
We update both displayed dates on every amendment. Material changes receive the notice or renewed agreement required by law; accrued rights remain protected. Mandatory local law prevails over conflicting terms. You can stop using the app and email us for deletion or underage-use concerns; Settings also offers deletion. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive photos.
