Getting into a hunt
Check that the host’s room is still open, then enter its six-character code in Join. A hunt already in progress cannot accept a new player. If your connection drops, reopen the app to return while the room is still available.
Finding a purchase
Open Settings → Restore Purchases while signed into the store account that bought hosting. A pending payment may take time to settle. Avoid buying again while the first purchase is pending.
Write to us
Tell us what happened and which phone you use. You may include the Support ID shown in Settings to help locate your guest record. Please do not send game photos, payment details, passwords or session credentials. The app adds no attachments automatically.
